How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 7 days with everything unlocked — no credit card required. When the trial ends you keep a free plan (1 tracked term) forever, and you can subscribe whenever you are ready. One trial per person.
What counts as a tracked term?
One company, product, person, topic, or RSS feed being monitored continuously. Deactivated terms do not count against your limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — self-serve through the Paddle billing portal linked from your receipt and account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Nothing is deleted if you downgrade: over-limit terms pause (newest first) and resume when you upgrade.
Who bills me, and what about VAT?
Paddle is our merchant of record — they handle checkout, invoices, and any applicable VAT or sales tax automatically. We never see your card details.
What is the refund policy?
A 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription, no questions asked. Details in the Refund Policy.
