Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses RAMIS. It exists to keep the Service reliable for all customers and fair to the publishers whose reporting the Service links to.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Resell RAMIS output as a data feed — redistribute, license, or sell the Service’s feeds, summaries, or alerts as a dataset, API, or competing product. Sharing findings within your own team or organization is of course fine.
• Run abusive automation — scrape the Service, hammer it with scripted requests, or automate actions at a volume or pattern a person using the product would not produce.
• Monitor individuals unlawfully — use tracked terms to harass, stalk, or surveil private individuals, or otherwise monitor people in violation of applicable law.
• Circumvent paywalls — use the Service to bypass publishers’ paywalls, subscriptions, or other technical restrictions on access to their content.
• Evade rate limits — work around throttling, quotas, plan limits, or trial restrictions, including by creating multiple accounts.
• Reverse engineer the Service — decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, models, or scoring logic of the Service, or probe its security without written permission.

3. Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with notice where practical and immediately where the violation threatens the Service or other users. To report abuse, contact support@ramis.io.
