Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. Our commitment
RAMIS is committed to making its website and application usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to the accessibility requirements that apply to us, including the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations (IS 5568, which adopts WCAG) and comparable requirements elsewhere.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic structure: pages use native HTML landmarks, headings, lists, and tables so screen readers can navigate them.
- Keyboard support: interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Contrast and theming: our design system defines light and dark themes with color tokens chosen for legible contrast, and information is never conveyed by color alone (scores also appear as numbers and labels).
- Reduced motion: animations respect the operating system’s “reduce motion” preference.
- Resizable text: layouts use relative units and remain usable when text is enlarged up to 200%.
- Forms: inputs have programmatic labels and error messages are announced in text, not only by color.
- Accessibility is reviewed as part of our design system and component development process on an ongoing basis.
3. Known limitations
The Service is under active development and some areas may not yet fully conform, including: complex data visualizations in the Intelligence dashboard (we provide the underlying figures in text where practical), third-party content surfaced from external news sources (headlines and snippets are reproduced as published), and content delivered through third-party platforms such as Telegram, whose accessibility is governed by those platforms. We are working to improve these areas.
4. Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier in RAMIS, please tell us at support@ramis.io with the subject “Accessibility”. Describe the page, the assistive technology and browser you were using, and the problem you hit. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to remediate confirmed barriers as quickly as practicable. If you need specific content from the Service in an alternative accessible format, we will make reasonable efforts to provide it.
5. Enforcement and status
This statement was first issued on July 4, 2026 and is reviewed when the Service changes materially. Self-assessment is our current evaluation method; a third-party audit will be considered as the Service grows. If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility issue, you may contact the accessibility enforcement body in your jurisdiction; in Israel, the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
